How to order
- Fill out ONE ORDER FORM PER CHILD.
You will receive a copy of the form by email when you submit it.
2. Send your payment via e-transfer to sjfhands.finances@gmail.com

Absent on TCBY Day?
Should your child(ren) be absent on scheduled TCBY day the frozen yogurt will be kept in the freezer and given to them the next day.
Fees are not refundable and non-transferable.
You can join this fundraiser at any time!
All orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days in advance.
